2021-2022 PARISH NEWSPAPER EDITORIAL

At the end of November 2021, 2500 copies of our parish newspaper were printed and posted to the attention of our parishioners. Here is the editorial written by Sandra Golay, President of the Sainte-Clotilde Parish Council.

Dear Parishioners, Dear Parishioners,

You are some 3,600 Catholics living in this booming district of La Jonction, which has been becoming denser for several years now, in particular with the construction of the housing complex in the Carré-Vert area (between Boulevard de Saint -Georges and rue du Stand), or even with the many elevations of buildings, as on boulevard Carl-Vogt.

And in this district, you also have a church: The Church of Sainte-Clotilde.

This parish provides a local service, which we invite you to take full advantage of.

Do not hesitate to go there!

I invite you to join us on the occasion of our next Masses, and in particular those which will be followed by meetings led by Father Pascal Desthieux on the Synod of Bishops 2023. This process launched by Pope Francis gives the opportunity to our parishioners, and to everyone, to walk together, in prayer, listening to the scriptures and sharing among Christians, and with society, in communion with the successors of the apostles.

In the meantime and, in my capacity as president of the parish council, I am at the disposal of our parishioners for all matters of concern to them.

Sandra Golay - President of the Sainte-Clotilde Parish Council.
